Returns
Unopened/unused kits may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. Refunds will not be granted for products that have been opened or used.
If an item fails or breaks during intended use the item may be returned and will be replaced at no charge. A full refund will not be granted. Please email us at returns@iceoutdoors.com before shipping. |
